What the contact form collects

Nothing on this site asks for personal information except the contact form, and every field on it is listed here.

So a reply is addressed to a person.

The reply goes here unless you ask otherwise.

Your phone number

Optional, unless you ask to be called or texted, in which case a reply is impossible without it.

Your business name

Optional. Context for the quote.

Which package you are asking about

Optional. Saves you repeating a choice you already made by clicking.

How you would like to be contacted

One of: email, phone call, text message.

Whatever you write in the box.

The form also carries one hidden field and a timestamp of when the page loaded. Neither is about you: they exist to catch automated spam, which fills in fields a person cannot see and submits faster than a person can type.

What happens to it

The submission is sent from this site's server to an automation service I run on my own infrastructure, which notifies me so I can reply. It is used to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to do the work. That is all.

It is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list for filling in the form.

Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to keep them: an active conversation, an ongoing engagement, or records I am required to retain for tax purposes. Ask me to delete yours and I will, unless one of those applies, in which case I will say which.

Hosting and performance data

This site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, the way every web host does. The site also reports anonymous page-speed measurements so I can tell whether it is loading quickly. Those measurements are aggregate performance numbers, not a record of who visited or what they read.

What this site does not do

As of September 12, 2026, this site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics tag, carries no advertising pixel, and does not track you across other websites. It is worth stating plainly, because a marketing studio is exactly the sort of site you would expect to be doing all four.

If that changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will tell you when.

A note about client work

This policy covers this website. Sites and ad accounts I build for clients are owned by those clients and run under their own privacy policies, on their own accounts and billing. I do not take ownership of anyone's customer data.

Asking what I hold, or asking me to delete it

Email david@bratkov.digital and ask. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to live anywhere in particular for me to honour it. I will reply within a few business days.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from them.
